Kijelenthető, hogy idén még több nagyágyú érkezik Budapestre a IV. Hungarian Darts Trophy-ra, mely tavaly a sok-sok világsztárral és nézőcsúccsal aratott sikert, összesen 19 ezren váltottak jegyet az MVM Dome-ba. A European Tour magyarországi állomása idén szeptember 20. és 22. között lesz szintén az MVM Dome-ban. A sportágban a világ legjelentősebb szervezete, a PDC, tavalyhoz képest szabályt módosított, ennek köszönhetően eldőlt, hogy a világranglista első 16 helyezettje is lehetőséget kap az indulásra. Korábban a Pro Tour ranglista TOP 16-os mezőnye állhatott tábla elé. A szombati kiemelés azonban továbbra is az utóbbi rangsor alapján történik.

This year's IV Hungarian Darts Trophy is expected to bring even more big names to Budapest, which last year was a success with many world stars and a record number of spectators, with a total of 19,000 people buying tickets to the MVM Dome. This year, the Hungarian leg of the European Tour will take place in the MVM Dome from 20 to 22 September. The PDC, the world's most important organisation in the sport, has changed its rules compared to last year, which means that the top 16 in the world rankings will also have the opportunity to compete. Previously, the top 16 in the Pro Tour rankings were eligible to compete. However, Saturday's selection will still be based on the latter ranking.
